Mac Martin

Mac Martin is a proud Asian American with a rich cultural background and a unique journey. As the youngest sibling in a large family, Mac grew up overseas, surrounded by abundant support and inspiration that shaped his character. Known for his creativity, determination, attention to detail, and tireless work ethic, Mac embraces challenges with enthusiasm and thrives in demanding environments.

In the mid-90s, Mac pursued an opportunity which relocated him from bustling San Francisco to the serene surroundings of Boulder, Colorado. Mac has never looked back, cherishing Colorado's often surprising weather, distinct seasons, and a healthy lifestyle.

Mac’s passion for real estate blossomed as he discovered his talent for helping others find homes where they could thrive. He has a deep appreciation for historic architecture paired with modern finishes, reflecting his love for design and attention to detail. As a volunteer resident on the Baker Historic Neighborhood Zoning Committee, Mac gained valuable insight into Denver’s zoning and variance guidelines, allowing him to balance the city’s urban character with its historical significance and future potential.

Mac is also affiliated with various local organizations, including the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Denver chapter and the Filipino American Community of Colorado. In addition to his work and community involvement, Mac enjoys snowboarding and skiing, while the summer beckons him to explore the great outdoors through mountain biking and hiking. In between, he indulges his passion for travel and wildlife photography, often in the company of his siblings. Currently, Mac and his partner call Riverfront Park Community their home, where they enjoy friends at Commons Park, accompanied by their cherished dogs, Gigi, Charlie and Ray.
